Had an interesting discussion with one of the best ofs in Hartford about this and I came up with an interesting idea.

Instead of completely removing best-of prizing for 'rotated' out legends: Why don't we keep the best-of system and simply reduce it to the normal plated legend from the prize wall?

This does a few things:
- Incentivizes people to play rotated out legends still (at a much lower value)
- Continues to supply regular plated legends into the market
- Keeps rotated prize wall plated legends market from going out of control
- Enforces a more diverse regional meta

Lots of people asking for pulls and box rates, everything detailed bellow

Chinese boxes come in two types

These are the « jumbo » ones, they contain the same packs as ours

The slim boxes are cheaper and contain small packs, but the pull rates are worse

They are 12x packs per box instead of 24, cases are 12 boxes, so opening a case of chinese = case of english

For ratios

Every box comes with 3 epics, 1 alt art
Every case has 2 overnumbered at least, baron and signatures will take up a slot
Every case has around 6 runes

Why open so many cases ?

First for my own master set, I want to have every card asap for testing and playing on release and in Asia

Second we sold master sets (x3 of everything) to western players who want to have the cards early and play/not bother once product comes out in a month

If you are interested in a set I might have one more I can deliver in Lille/Atlanta, or can put you in contact with a friend who can ship to you
