@AmericanAir @AmericanAir did not process the payment, so that they could charge us more after we received a confirmation. I mean, who are we but only two consumers for you to take blatant advantage of? Don’t waste your time replying unless you are actually going to rectify the situation.

@AmericanAir Booked a flight for my RN wife to do charity work in Dominica. AFTER tix booked via your own website you call 2 hrs later to raise price by 20%. The 3 different customer service reps were incredibly rude. Yet another reason we fly @SouthwestAir whenever possible.
