The last 48 hours of offense is a reminder to the national media:
Just because the Brewers have a top farm, doesn't mean they are automatically bidding for Tarik Skubal.
They need a bat(s).
Special: Rams HC Sean McVay was OBSESSED with drafting Oregon TE Terrance Ferguson in the second round.
“From the first f**king time we put this guy on there was a vision.”
Ferguson will THRIVE in Los Angeles.
Jeff Hafley said Jalen Tolbert will play the Randy Moss role as the X receiver with Tutu Atwell “closer to the core” in the Jerry Rice role as the Z receiver.
Also Malik Washington will see more work in the Larry Fitzgerald slot role and Greg Dulcich in the Rob Gronkowski role.
.@RapSheet on a potential Tucker Kraft extension this offseason:
"I would consider Tucker Kraft a big time priority for the Green Bay Packers.. you’re talking about a guy who will probably reset the TE market.”
I’ll say it 🤷♂️ too much talk around Skubal. The Brewers get within 3 innings of being no hit on what seems like a weekly bases. It worries me for the playoffs again… just like last year.
GO GET A BAT. WE NEED A BAT. Please. Do something useful at the deadline this year.
🏈🤕 Everyone is talking about Malik Nabers’ knee "cleanup" surgery, but the public is completely misinterpreting the timeline.
As a PT, I dove into the peer-reviewed research on his exact injuries.
If you are drafting him at his current ADP, read this thread first. 🧵
Whatever your guess at how much worse this makes the Browns defense, you're probably underestimating the effect

Jaguars HC Liam Coen on evaluating his RBs, via @CoachspeakIndex: "What I look at, personally, is rushing yards over expected, and yards after contact. That’s what I give a crap about. It’s like, what are you doing outside of what we’re blocking, and what does that look like - because I can’t coach that."
I think all RB metrics have some real flaws, but fwiw last year in Rush Yards Over Expectation per attempt:
* Chris Rodriguez +0.7
* Bhayshul Tuten -0.2
In Yards After Contact per attempt:
* Chris Rodriguez 4.0
* Bhayshul Tuten 3.6
I still much prefer Tuten in fantasy, but current market has the gap extremely wide. Rodriguez ADP is 145.1, Tuten at 60.0.
Good news: Up and coming Steelers insider Nick Farabaugh says the Steelers most impressive rookie at OTAs has been Alabama WR Germie Bernard.
With Metcalf Pittman and now Bernard the Steelers could go from the worst WR room to the best WR room in the NFL.
