@MTPHereToHelp why no traffic police to manage traffic and implement no parking/ no entry signs at Almeida Park. This is not acceptable. If no action taken by traffic department locally then we will have to escalate this to DCP Traffic or Jt CP Traffic.
@WesternRly@MCF_WR someone is feeding grains to pigeons on platform 5, Bandra railway station.

WHO says we should have 9 sqm open space per person. Mumbaikars are surviving on just 0.87 sqm. And now even that tiny bit is under attack.
Bandra’s Neville D’Souza Ground, the ONLY FIFA-standard ground in the whole city, where 10,000 young kids train every year; they want to use it for a convention centre.
They are snatching the last proper ground from our children so builders can make more money. Their dreams of playing proper football? Gone. Just like that.
We’re fighting to save Neville D’Souza Ground. If you’re from Mumbai and you care even a little, share this and join the fight. Before it’s too late. #SaveNevilleDsouzaGround #MumbaiOpenSpaces
This is exactly what residents witness every single day at Prof. Almeida Road & Hill Road junction. Delivery riders, two-wheelers and even cars are blatantly violating traffic rules, putting pedestrians and law-abiding motorists at risk, the 2 dark stores of @letsblinkit@blinkitcares@ZeptoNow@zeptocares at Hill Road and Elco Arcade are main cause for the same as every minute multiple delivery bikes are blatantly using No Entry, footpaths without following any traffic rules.
With no option left, residents themselves are forced to monitor traffic daily and raise their voices. It's time for stricter enforcement and accountability before a serious tragedy occurs.. @MTPHereToHelp@MumbaiPolice@mybmcWardHW@mybmc #RoadSafety #TrafficDiscipline #Bandra

Wrote to the @mybmc Commissioner @AshwiniBhide registering a strong protest against changing the reservation of Neville D'souza football ground in Bandra. Demanded that this change in reservation be immediately scrapped and that any future change of land reservation across the city, especially if public grounds and lands being currently used for public benefit be not done without public consultations.
We will not let Neville D'souza ground be converted to a convention center!
Met residents and children of Bandra today and joined their fight to save Neville D'souza ground. The @mybmc cannot arbitrarily change reservation of grounds that serve a larger public good. Many children have trained here for years and some have even gone on to become well known footballers. Mumbai lacks proper open spaces for children to play and grow. In such a scenario, how can BMC destroy the few remaining public grounds? We will not let this happen.
The rage in Mumbai is everywhere. It's always been there. It's just that exploding takes much less now. Local trains? Super dense crush load. Since forever. Roads? Chaos. No one follows traffic laws. We traded that, first for half hour pizza then 10 minutes kanda. You can't solve this. You can only say Spirit of Mumbai.
