My name is Martin White, I’m an American citizen and a Resident of Rwanda. My family and I invested in Rwanda 2024 by way on a Rwandan citizen who represented a car dealership and rental company here. This individual eventually robbed and scammed us for several hundred thousand USD. This criminal is still allowed to do out business like nothing happened. We have a criminal and commercial case pending. In addition, we have been waiting for RIB to assign an investigator on new charges. I have made Rwanda my home and have began to build my family and life. Please help us to receive justice in this precious land that I am proud to call home.
