@BarclaysUKHelp It's becoming a joke tbh! There must be a better system set up to cope with this! I have tried several days in a row, accumulating to approx 5 hrs on hold a day & not spoken to anyone! This morning, on hold from 8am for 2 hours & cut off, then repeatedly x3 times 20 mins cut off!
