@NemethNeo71648 @rtenews No, we didn't! The highest temp we've ever had here is 33.3°C, so I don't know where you are getting your 41° from. Unless, of course, you're talking about a different country, in which case that makes your comment just as idiotic, if not more so.
@BoyBlue_Orig@fesshole Some people like to fill up with the same amount of petrol each time, rather than a set monetary value. e.g. they drive the exact same distance each week and know exactly how much petrol they will burn. Others do it to make it easier to gauge what their fuel to mileage ratio is.
@Upan_77 @owene73 @FFCChazza@fesshole There were two interpretations available, depending on which full stop (before or after the "Because" sentence) you replace with a comma. One made infinitely more sense than the other, which most semi-inteligent people would take to be the correct meaning.
@FinucaneOlivia@HelenORahilly@FionaNicG@mackintalkin ...additionally, a full evacuation can impede the fire fighters entering the building, meaning there is a greater chance of the fire spreading. However this is heavily reliant on the building being up to code and built with suitable materials, which the Grenfell tower sadly wasnt
@FinucaneOlivia@HelenORahilly@FionaNicG@mackintalkin I think it's that a full evacuation in itself is a risk. With so many people trying to evacuate all at one time, it could pose risks of people getting trampled/crushed. It may make it harder/slower for people in the direct vicinty of the fire to be able to evacuate...
@westcoastiscool@rtenews Given that the Gardai are not treating it as suspicious (as mentioned in the article), it doesn't sound like any skanks were involved in burning it out.
@Worthitnow11@realskhutcheson@rtenews Well, I doubt she thought a supposed keeper of the peace would deliberately take aim directly at her and shoot her in the leg! Yeah, this is definitely the definition of protect and serve 🙄
@FennellyTom@GardaTraffic What are you shiteing on about not being used? Just because you're too thick to know how to use them doesn't mean the rest of us are. I'm sure plenty of people used it today. I know I have before.
@JohnONe38959096@GardaTraffic I think it's Mobility you're thinking of, not Pulse. Possibly had to radio it in as it's a UK reg. And as someone else mentioned, not all vehicles have the ANPR cameras fitted yet.
@scanlon_shay@GardaTraffic I know this will be difficult for you to wrap your head around... but we will try and get you there all the same... They aren't posting for some sort of recognition, they are posting to dissuade others from engaging in the same behaviour as that toe rag. You will get caught.
