✓ What is your current net monthly earning? It requires you to provide your last pay slip as evidence.
✓ Why should we hire you?
✓If hired, what will be your action plan for the first 100 days?
Also, is it right to ask prospective applicants to submit their payslips as evidence of negotiation? If Yes, why? If No, Why?
Now we are ready for our interview, we need to ensure that a few things are in place,especially if it is a virtual interview. Below are some things which should be in place to ensure seamless interaction between you and your interviewer (s)
4. Dress how you would like to be addressed. This is not the time for tank tops and shorts! Remember, it is an interview.
