@MaziEzike_Nedu @Dexerto In South Africa i also remember this being the case when it first released, i believe its still like this. Only way i could spin the wheel was on PC using a VPN. Could not spin on Xbox One

@JoelJ_Garcia You're clearly not reading into this so stay out of it. PC gaming market is NOT monopolized, plus you can buy DRM free games on PC and back it up onto disc. All digital PS wil have you buy a 15 year old game for FULL price, and nowhere else to get it cheaper.

Meanwhile, I can lend my disc to a friend, and they can simply insert it and play. Funny how the “outdated” option still works without asking a server for permission.
