This letter from Pam Bondi stating ICE would leave Minnesota in exchange for their voter files to be turned over to the DOJ is all the pretext a court needs to have ICE removed from Minnesota. Her letter demonstrates that ICE is not there for immigration, but to sow fear into a state, and force its officials to comply with an illegal order. There is a reason ICE is only in Blue States, and it’s because they want to steal elections and ensure people like them remain in power. No state has to turn over their voter information as 3 federal courts have already ruled in California, Oregon, and Georgia. The DOJ is trying to violate federal privacy laws. The Privacy Act of 1974, provides a barrier that the federal government lacks the authority to demand unredacted personal information. The 10th amendment assures us that power not delegated to the federal government belongs to the states. This idea exists as a safety valve to ensure the federal government does not have too much power. Maintaining the voting information of every US citizen, makes Dem voters a target of this administration. Key aspects of state authority: Education-states control what is taught. Elections- states decide the holding and regulating elections. Not Trump and certainly not Pam Bondi. Licenses- states decide who gets licensed, be it drivers, professionals, and even hunting or boat licenses. Commerce- states control all in state commerce. Local governments- overseen by the state Police powers- states retain the authority to regulate public health, safety, welfare, and morals, which are not within the federal governments scope. ICE is only a law enforcement agency as it refers to immigration. What they are doing in Minnesota is not immigration and they should be removed if their main purpose as Bondi has admitted, is to gain access to their voting records. ICE has no authority to tell the police to stand down, and in fact the local police have the power to arrest ICE agents who break state law. There is no immunity for ICE when it comes to state murder charges. ICE uses administrative warrants issued by Homeland Security. No citizen has to open their door for an administrative warrant. Ask them to slide the warrant under your door. No judge signature, no access to your house or anyone in that house. If they break in stand your ground rules apply if your state has that law. Self defense applies in states that don’t have such laws. ICE requires a judicial warrant signed by a judge to break into your house. ICE does not have the authority to come onto your property and turn your cameras so you can’t see what they are doing. If a law enforcement agency feels the need to turn cameras away, it means they are about to do some illegal shit. I do hope this information helps my fellow citizens, so please spread it around.
