@gcgbag96 I still don't agree with the decision and personally think even if we're using the much more lenient EPL style interpretation, this needs to be a penalty, since his arm doesn't seem natural and denies a clear goal-scoring opp with two of our other players right there

If you slow this clip down to .25 speed and watch in HD it very clearly deflects off his thigh. Issue here is lack of clarity on how MLS interprets IFAB

@AbacusM4n @joeyjr The MLS needs to release the guidance it's giving referees based on IFAB because that seems to be the factor at play here. Deflection doesn't necessarily negate handball, though it can be a factor
