Remember how I said I was wrong on $NBIS ?
Well here’s why. Very far from hitting the 1.3b in EBITDA for 2026.
I’m seeing some bearish targets for EBITDA for 2027. I can’t imagine they would hit the 5.1b
This could easily drop to $120-140 before finding bottom.
Remember, these are equity values. The EPS targets would usually sit below the Equity values.
@AnaCintra24 I’m not sure why Facebook payed 16b, even though it wasn’t a public company (WhatsApp) I’m sure there’s enough numbers from the filings to figure out what the equity value was.
$IREN
Can we talk about the shares outstanding going up from 333m to 404m?
Or what about the 300m in EBITDA for 2026 that ended up being 245.7
Or the 2027 EBITDA that was around 1.8b and now Wall Street revised to 430m
Changes the picture substantially
I’m convinced management doesn’t need to explain anything and investors don’t know how to interpret the numbers $GLXY
You guys can bullet point things all you want. Unless you can math out the implied revenue at 1.6GW, you won’t be able to figure out a realistic EPS and get an accurate share price target. Most of you are just spitballing and whining about management.
Well, the close from last month wasn’t enough to keep $IREN above the monthly 13ema
Kinda looks like it’s gonna have the same fate as $HIMS earlier this year.
The bottom wick from July could hold, that’s roughly $28, otherwise it’s going to the 100ema on the monthly.
Hard for investors to pay for something that won’t be positive on the EPS until 2028
And if the bottleneck does become the power, just because you have “secured” power, doesn’t mean it will actually get turned on. You will be waiting for interconnection, transformers, and turbines.
@XRPreRich@TequestaChief I’m sorry, but that does included NBIS and IREN. Both have sites that are not complete. They will most likely be waiting for power. Secured means nothing, it means it’s approved but the power equipment is what they will be waiting on, and that takes time to build.
If $NBIS has to wait for power and interconnection, that means the EPS in 2028 would potentially still be negative. Or way lower than $4.00
Could be 2030 before you see a $4.00 EPS
$GLXY could flip positive on the EPS and be close to $4.00 in 2028 before $NBIS and $IREN
Wait and see
@Wizardofdigi19@cferraro06 If one of these datacenter companies goes bankrupt. It’s begs the question that more of them would go bankrupt. And that doesn’t seem plausible given where we are in the AI race. A lot of this is just reckless speculation imo.
