@BarstoolUVA Do your homework. Major donations to football and women's basketball. Turned around WBB and Volleyball. 1 to 2 NCAA National Championship teams every year (another rival in state school has 0 ever), 17 Paris Olympians. Baseball #2 preseason poll and sold out season tickets.
@ppargolfer All relative... IMO you are a good golfer if you keep a handicap. Only @ 3 million of the 25 million golfers in U.S. have a USGA handicap. According to USGA 75% have no understanding of golf rules. Follow the rules, play fast, have fun: You are a good golfer.

@USGA@USGAMike PGA Tour in their statement said, "according to the governing bodies, the new speed, which is equivalent to a 183 mph ball speed, is representative of the average of the 25 fastest players in 2023." So, 50 million golfers are impacted by the top 25. What a joke.
@NoLayingUp Avg male handicap has been 14 to 15 since 2005. Per Trackman's analysis, avg male club head speed is 93.4mph. Less than 1% of avg males are above 115mph. No amateur is out hitting or obsoleting a course. Zero data to support this stupid decision for the recreational golfer.
@MichaelBreed@USGA@RandA Tone deaf decision. Haven't heard how amateurs are hitting too far. Not the issue. Pace of play and access is the issue. For the pros, bifurcation is the clear answer. Canceled my USGA membership. They clearly don't care about growing the game.
@Fit_For_Golf Sports oriented Chiropractor first for 'self inflicted' overuse injuries - treatment, targeted exercises, no pills.. Family practice Dr. defaults to pills from my experience. Not for me. Ortho Dr for my finger fracture (volleyball) and mknee cartilage repair.
