@katewaugh Yep! At the weekend the hotel was lovely but the pool was only accessible from outside, I was not advised of any access issues beforehand (neither did I tell them I was 'sneaking' in!)

My work self has been at a conference in Liverpool today. On the way back I thought I saw a woman taking a pic of her partner but after a 2nd look I realised she was taking a pic of a guy's prosthetic leg without him knowing as he was walking past her. #NoPermissionNoPic

@Tanni_GT Seems not isolated issue. My assistance booking went wrong yesterday, B'ham to York. LNER staff member said it appeared as if I was wanting to get off at York to get back on again to go to Newcastle. Thankfully a member of statio staff was there to meet me at York.
