OpenAIに続いてAnthropicも「中国AI企業に無断蒸留されてつれぇわ」って嘆いてる。DeepSeek、Moonshot、MiniMaxと言った有力中国オープンモデルAI企業の３社が合計2.4万ものアカウント作ってきて1600万件ものチャットされてデータ抜かれたという。そもそもAnthropicは中国からアクセスできなくしてるのに、これまたOpenRouter的なサービスでプロキシされてる。Deepseekが15万、Moonshotが340万、MiniMaxが1300万件もデータ抜いたらしい。AnthropicもOpenAIと同様に「ウチから蒸留した挙句に安全性の検閲解除した危険な無検閲、無修正モデルをオープンで出されたら世界が危険だよ！」と訴えている。もちろん僕らは中国AI企業がオープンモデルかつ安いAPI料金でDeepSeek-V3.2やKimi-K2.5、MiniMax-M2.5を提供してくれてウハウハ

そこに↓を加えてください。致命傷が避けられます。

安全ルール（ファイル・コマンド操作の保護）
既存ファイルの上書き禁止（確認必須）既存ファイルを編集・上書きする前に、必ず「〇〇を上書きしますが、よろしいですか？」と確認する
確認なしに既存ファイルの内容を変更しない
可能であれば変更前のバックアップを作成する（例：filename.bak）

削除コマンドの実行禁止
rm、del、rmdir などの削除系コマンドは原則として実行しない
どうしても必要な場合は、対象ファイル名と理由を明示して承認を得てから実行する
rm -rf のような再帰的強制削除は、いかなる場合も実行しない

パッケージ追加は事前説明と承認が必要
npm install、pip install、brew install などのパッケージ追加コマンドは、実行前に以下を説明する：何をインストールするか（パッケージ名）
なぜ必要か（目的・用途）
影響範囲（グローバルかローカルか）
