🎉We are really pleased to see that the gender pay gap has narrowed by over £3,000 since the previous CIPR report in 2022. While this is a step forward, there is still more work to be done in eliminating gender-based disparities in the public affairs sector.
📰Earlier this year, we launched our Pay and Progression Toolkit, along with our Pay Negotiation Guide, the first of several guides for employees and employers on key subjects to support women’s pay and progression. This guide provides practical advice to equip women with the tools to evidence their value and take on challenging pay negotiations with confidence!

The Pay Negotiation Guide provides practical advice to equip women with the tools to evidence their value and take on challenging pay negotiations with confidence and aims to equip our members and their employers with the resources they need to address gender-based disparities in the public affairs sector.
