RG3!!! Track commentary!

[Unconventional Voices of Track & Field @VoicesofTnF]

Bigup the one named RG3!!

This guy has been killing the commentary at NC’s.
Obvious respect for the sport here.

The NCAA has been doing
Track & Field right for a long time now… Adding @RGIII just solidifies it.

[High School XC Manual @XcSchool]

Time to start thinking about the runner you want to be come XC season. Skipping runs and taking shortcuts won't get you there. Commit to excellence.

“Sleep is like a secret ingredient in the recipe of running success.”

- Chapter 13 in my book Consistency is Key 🔑

HS athletes: the more you value sleep as a crucial part of your training the faster you’ll race. You can’t make physiological adaptations without recovery.
