@MemesDnd Now you have a great world building opportunity. Why are two nearby towns the same as each other? Founded by twins long ago? One built as a replacement for the first which has recently been magically returned? Some strange Mechanus shenanigans which copy everything?
@mattcolville One of my players is starting a campaign (5e), I'm pumped to be a player after 2 years in the DM chair. Clockwork Soul Sorcerer here we gooooo
@merlle_ I'm totally stealing this, even if for nothing else than having the dragon's Legendary Resistance charges be represented by glowing runecarvings which dim when used. I think my players would love having a visual rep. of them depleting. Thanks!
@Kirioth Aside from the sweet job on the model, "Zweihander" is the absolute best name for a Sisters tank, and perhaps for a tank ever. Kiri wins the name game, we can all go
@sherlock_hulmes The one thing I made clear to my player outside of the game is that I'm a fan of his PC, fully expecting the deception to be discovered and for his PC to rescued. I spelled out how things got to that point and made sure he never felt like I was pulling a fast one on him.
@sherlock_hulmes One of my players ended up going to the villain's mansion and talking smack to his steward, accusing them and stating that he knew all the shady stuff that was going on. Long story short he's in a cellar prison and a doppelganger has copied him, going back to the party...
@BrianRideout7@MTBlack2567 I love the idea that in an arena where an evil dragon god, demon princes, a lord of the hells, and the pinnacle of mortal cunning and ambition are facing off to the death, in a corner there are two beholders attacking each other over who gets to wear the name badge
