@OctopusEnergy Im sick of calling and getting no answers. I told you I was moving, you’ve continued to charge me for 2 property’s. I’ve called twice and told a refund was on its way and now I’ve had an email to say that it isn’t. Worst service ever, will be leaving if no refund.

@PatrickDCullen @RoyalMail Exact same thing happen to me today. Check their twitter and they’ve got the front to talk about scam accounts, I knew they were a scam when they replied actually asking for my information so that the problem could be fixed.

@RoyalMail I’ve sat in all day waiting for a guaranteed special delivery before 1pm. Round in circles on the tracking and then you’ve had the cheek to email me saying you tried to deliver and nobody’s in. What is going on please? Not impressed
