I know what you mean I've been trying to get hold of customer service for 2 days now. Called them up, emailed and now tweet. Phone: After an hour only to be put back on hold as the first person couldn't help then nothing.

I understand DC reason for travelling miles for the concern for his 4 year old son especially as he has autism I believe. Maybe you can still salvage this if he can give a genuine apology his test drive.

Why not keep schools closed till next year and just add another academic year to pupils lives?

Surely this is a better way forward as it gives you more time to get everything in place
