I booked a 3AC tatkal ticket in train 12165 on 8th oct, PNR 8239071099, which got canceled automatically with TQWL 2 and 3 and it's been above 12 days now but i havent got the refund till now.

Kindly do the refund asap.

@IRCTCofficial @AshwiniVaishnaw I with my family are traveling from Ayodhya Dham in Ayodhya dham to bhatni express, train no. 65116 and surprisingly the whole train is full of garbage and cockroaches as if this train has never been cleaned, this is the worst experience ever.
