I'm convinced the most important thing you can do is build momentum early in the day. One small win in the morning creates energy that compounds. Do one hard thing. One quick workout. One finished task. Whatever. Great days are built on tiny wins. Small things become big things.
@andruchk He’s been getting good dribbles from the rw wouldn’t mind trying him playing at rw and drifting in as a 10 when needed if Fede goes midfield when Trent is back
@andruchk@lebotsumaru 6 chances created and yeh corner kicks boost that but he also had 6 key passes he didn’t have a bad game at all especially considering the other players on the pitch
@lebotsumaru@andruchk Yeh he did good as a cm not the greatest game but way better then the lazy mfers out there these fans are retards they are sucking Arbeola because he’s kissing their players ass but no team succeeds when a coach has favorites and untouchables. that’s not how team work works
@andruchk Well yeh that’s my point if there are worse players then he shouldn’t be subbed off it ain’t that hard not subbing players off because of their name even when they are shit isn’t a good look for the other players that would only cause problems
@andruchk Beginning of the season without all of this ego problems going around when we faced them we had a great performance winning every ball and scored 4 goals and people discredited the win saying it’s a small team and that Xabi is shit let’s see if we can have a similar game now
Everything is more fun when you're lean. Cardio, your flexibility, training even. So much easier to figure out how to improve proportions. See progress quicker. You'll notice diet and sleep effects more. Real biohacking and lifestyle design truly starts with having a sixpack.
In my experience most dudes who lift regularly but aren't seeing the progress they like are doing two things wrong:
1) they're doing too low of reps per set
ie lot of 4-6 reps or 7-10 reps that might build strength but don't catalyze very much hypertrophy (muscle-building)
2) they never lift to failure
they do these classic bro-splits that say 9-12 reps and they very carefully and autistically stick to that rep range and always leave 3+ reps in the tank, which means they're never really pushing the muscle hard enough to grow
In my experience though to really catalyze muscle growth you need to do high reps per set and lift to failure.
For some stuff like delts this could literally be 30 reps per set, and just drop set after drop set...
Lift to to complete failure, then 10 second rest, then lift to complete failure again...
And just absolutely brutalize your muscles..
This is going to require using very light weights too and putting aside your ego.
You want to be a "pump maximalist" and focus on cultivating a juicy pump and a really solid mind-muscle connection basically, rather than just throwing heavy weight around all the time...
