We played an hour of #FFXV/#FF15 War for Eos (WFE). Basically until we started hitting a wall where the game starts forcing you to wait or pay. Hopefully we'll get the video uploaded, but for now here's our impressions.

The story begins with Noctis saving Lunafreya during Niflheim's attack on Lucis. Lunafreya then summons Titan because Noctis and the Lucian army. Good news: Nifhlheim was driven back. The bad news: Insomnia was leveled from the AOE. (They're surprised.)

Is WFE good? If you liked ANE, you'll likely like this one, too. It's also very memeable like ANE trailers. (IFN's favorite is when you recruit more "crownsguard" all 7 of them pile into a station wagon with you.) If you're also looking for anything that's FFXV, this is it.

Where does this fit into the lore? It's in the same non-canon category as ANE. "The story of this game focuses on the reconstruction of the kingdom of Lucis after the fall of Insomnia. It expands beyond the original FFXV storyline, proceeding in a different parallel world."

📱New #FFXV/#FF15 mobile game incoming!📱

Final Fantasy XV: War for Eos has launched as early access in MY, ID, and PH.

It was created by Machine Zone, the makers of FFXV: A New Empire. It includes English voice acting and promises a "strategy game" and "creating your empire."
