Why did you @Airbnb change the references to only go through Facebook link. Many folk don't use FB and stay away from it. Please change it back to how it was. Other reference form work just as well.

After submitting, @aircanada tells me my claim is denied! Nobody told me there was a time limit. My family has traveled min. 18 segments past 12 months, given our business then treated like this. Not happy - never travel @aircanada

Single mothers do NOT travel @aircanada this is my experience. I traveled TLV to YYZ on Apr 4, alone with my 10 mo old, diaper bag, stroller, baggage. At baggage claim I was told to wait there with my tired fussy babe..go back to the airport in 5 days or submit the claim online
