He is 51 years old,
When I met him, he was struggling with Diabetes and hypertension, with a basket of drugs.
He was staring at what they said was an impending heart failure and, therefore, was referred to a cardiologist for "further treatment and more medicines" for heart failure. — Or whatever they told him.
What we did:
• We agreed on pursuing an alternative trearment protocol
• We removed Atorvastatin (statins are useless)
• We dropped aspirin
• I fixed his diet
• I modified his lifestyle
• After 3 months of monitoring, he dropped all drugs
Today, as you can see, his blood sugar is back to normal at 4.5% on HbA1c.
He has not been on any medication for the last 1 year.
He is free.
Freedom from medical slavery.
Let nobody tell you it is impossible.
Let nobody scare you that you will die.
You will not.
No human being was born to be on lifelong medication.
Fix your life.
Fix your health.

The owner of this colonial house, located in the Nairobi suburb of Karen, is selling it at Ksh 280 million. The house sits on 2.5 acres in the Karen forest…
Wasee wa keg huwa wanakupea story vile wamelewa in four different clubs in one nights alafu ukiwauliza bill wanakuambia wametumia 800 ksh, na saa hiyo wamedance hadi na waitress!
My fave Kenyanism word: Rada? Depending on the context it could mean WTF? It could mean “seriously?”. It could mean “what’s up?”. It could mean “the hell’s wrong with you?” And you can understand it by the tone someone uses when saying it, and I find it so beautiful.
