🚨HORRIFIC: Two TODDLERS found starved to death, the MOTHER has been arrested after telling detectives she could not remember “the last time she gave them food or water”…

Yes, you read that right.

Justine Marie May, 31, is charged with two counts of homicide by child abuse. She is in custody. Next court date is November 20.

May told investigators she had been in a “blur” for two weeks.

She could not remember the last time she fed her daughters or gave them something to drink.

She said she believed they died because they had not eaten. She acknowledged that failing to feed them was neglectful. She said she was the only person in that house.

She told them the girls were about 2 and a half and 18 months.

Family said the girls were Emory and Harlow.

September 11. Deputies were already at her house for a mental health crisis.

September 12. Zachary Deacon, the father, was arrested for second-degree harassment.

The warrant says he had been calling, texting, and driving by “to involve himself in welfare concerns regarding her and her children.” A day earlier he called mobile crisis.

September 13. Magistrate Judge Nicole Paluzzi gave him a $25,000 bond and a no-contact order.

Not just against the mother.

Against the children.

Barred from within five blocks of the house.

The man trying to see his daughters got the HANDCUFFS.

The woman the family was warning about got the protection.

That same day the mother posted the family’s emails.

One of them: “the signs of neglect are there.”

“They wake up in the morning and stay in there with soaked diapers until noon.”

“This could lead to you harming the girls and/or yourself.”

“DSS already has an open case file on you.”

May’s answer, on her own page: they found “absolutely nothing wrong because I am an amazing mom.”

…AND IT GETS WORSE.

The sheriff’s affidavit admits deputies had already been to that house on welfare checks.

26 calls to that address since December 2021. More than half of them after an urgent welfare check on September 8. Another on September 22.

September 29. Welfare check.

May came outside crying and speaking incoherently.

Inside, both girls were beyond the point at which lifesaving measures could be performed.

Investigators allege her failure to provide adequate food and fluids contributed to both de*ths.

His name is Maylon Jesse Foshee. He is 23. He is from Mansfield, Louisiana.

The FBI arrested him last week. The charge is sex with minors in another country. He is in federal lockup.

Feds say he did mission work with Agape Ministries in Haiti from 2023 to 2025. He paid for school. He let boys live in his house.

Three boys. All 14. All living with him.

Other mission workers told the FBI. The boys said they were afraid he would stop paying for school. One said he wanted it to stop and that Foshee hit him with a belt.

🚨BREAKING: Sarah Stevens wants a seat on North Carolina's Supreme Court, and audio from 2019 shows she is was more concerned about the finances of churches than child s*xual abuse survivors.

Debating a bill to extend the time limit for survivors to sue, Stevens said, "They are looking for those deep pockets." After listing settlements paid by school boards, a hospital, the Boy Scouts and Catholic organizations, she said those groups filed for bankruptcy "because it was all about money."

Stevens seemed far more worried about institutions than children. She said, "Apparently something happened on our watch, and we didn't know about it, we were held responsible," and she complained, "That's going to cause the insurance premiums to go up."
