@HotpointUK In September 2024, I purchased a new Hotpoint condenser drier, which failed after just a few months. Foolishly, thinking the fault was a one off, I bought another from you. Now, after just over a year old, this one is faulty. Of course, just out of warranty 😞

@HotpointUK It actually gets worse. I have my appliances covered by your plans, but had not done this one as hadn’t realised it was out of warranty. If I had, I would have got a plan for £92, now it’s faulty, the same plan will cost me £137.52
