Dear twitter, I am back after taking a long break from writing/social media for personal reasons (see below). If anyone is/has a loved one suffering from MND/ALS and would like to talk about it, I am here for you. Feel free to drop me a pm. #writerscommunity #MND

@Bawkbasoup @manfightdragon She looks like a boss from Team Star. I can’t stand the romantic Leon as he looks like Marcus from RE0 - screw that guy!

@dandelionwolf16 Well done for getting up! 😂 Good luck with your essay!

[Oliver Mckie Brown @WriterOllieMB]

@dandelionwolf16 Stay in bed! I forced myself up earlier and so far today’s writing makes absolutely so sense, is full of spelling mistakes, and I’ve only just noticed my socks are on inside out. 😩 Not worth it!

@thebissler Thank you so much, I really appreciate your message. I hope you are keeping well too.

@yescinder Glad I'm not the only one! Which tabletop games do you like?

[Oliver Mckie Brown @WriterOllieMB]

@yescinder I think you're right. I struggle with severe anxiety but I find that writing, roleplaying (Dungeons and Dragons/Call of Cthulhu etc, not the kinky stuff!), and painting gives me the freedom I don't feel I have in the real world - it's therapeutic.

@smithcoreyd1 Predator, but it's a romantic comedy

[Oliver Mckie Brown @WriterOllieMB]

@Wolffse2 Congratulations! Don't be afraid to 'kill your darlings' and don't be put off if it doesn't sound good when you reread it - that's the whole point of editing! If you're unsure about anything ask someone to have a look at it for some feedback 🙂 Good luck!

@GeekyCatStories Hey, if Margaret Atwood does it... 😉

Poor Hattie. How will she cope without her beloved Gary? Turns out she doesn't have to, but one of his opening remarks isn't *exactly* what a grieving widow expects to hear … #SaturdayThoughts #mustread #comedy #Kindle #Kobo https://t.co/g33dI06ypY
