@TwitchSupport YOUR SUPPORT IS USELESS!! I've been going a week now trying to get my missing drop fixed. They completely misunderstand as if not reading anything I write, and honestly I'm seriously doubting they're even human! PATHETIC. Seriously reconsidering your platform as a content creator
@MrAvalanchePoGo Dude how about you use your brain for a minute and understand there's nothing meaningful about that particular feedback. I'm so done with this convo, sorry. I can't stand idiots insulting others for being just as stupid as them, I really tried to help but sorry
@MrAvalanchePoGo If you know the majority of people are going to respond that way, why would you use up a question on it instead of wording it in a different way to obtain more useable data? Remember this is a multi-billion dollar company with a department of people that designed this survey
@ScopelyExplore The fact that you timed this right as you're addressing an actual long-standing issue with paid cosmetics being removed & added back further supports this was intentional, as attention on this subject is being lost to & mixed with that other much bigger issue
@ScopelyExplore "Temporarily" for 2+ months. "Small number of trainers" yet stacks of posts & comments on Reddit & IRL. This was not an issue, this was a shady trial/freebie period used to get people to now buy cosmetics they otherwise wouldn't have bought. PLAYERS, STOP REWARDING THEM MONEY
@ColaTerminator@ScopelyExplore You're correct, this was a shady trial/freebie period so people will now buy cosmetics they otherwise wouldn't have. Think about it, if trial periods weren't so successful in converting sales then why do so many major service providers offer it...
@BlackBGH@lucienere2 Like someone else said below, poses & general ideas aren't covered by copyright. Plus I've seen this style of pose so much in the furry fandom, it's been done so often that it can't really be claimed by anyone. Sorry you're going through this!
@JessicaJinxxx@prime_31@Dr_Bekka_UK@PlayStation You could at least choose not to lie to yourself and others while also sh*tting on those of us trying to improve things for others. If you really think we're making a fuss over nothing then keep scrolling
@GlitchxCity As a musician & lover of Pokemon, I would love nothing more. But it's hard to justify the time & energy when Nintendo dishes out copyright strikes. It's honestly what stops me getting into content creation for Pokemon as a whole, there are safer fandoms to work with instead
For artists upset over the recent AI events- you can add to your TOS all you like but the best advice I can give you is prep to enforce your TOS. Research your legal options & processes before shit hits the fan- laws only really exist if someone's there to enforce them
@SelinarSnowcat Aaand the video got removed lol, this aged well. Enjoy the 80 new geniuses you've added to your circle jerk, and whatever consequences might be coming to your account from all the reports we've been making ;)
@GildedPardus @bridyxd It's not that they can't resist, anyone trying to make a living online has to use social media platforms to market themselves. And yes you can blame a commissioner for breach of contract- they bought a product, not the license to that product. What the artist does is irrelevant
@bridyxd @GildedPardus Ah okay switching to 'word twisting' because you know subconsciously that I was right? Should have just not replied. I'm done with this convo and blocking further interactions as I feel I'm losing IQ with each message I send. Good luck with life & natural selection
@bridyxd @GildedPardus If your product cannot exist without mine, it is theft. Grocery stores need to buy produce from farmers in order to run their business. AI models need to pay artists for their work to train & then run their business. Not sure how much simpler I can make it?
