Meet the Nigerian AHS Official Who Staffs Alberta With Nigerian Doctors: Dr. Jane Ojedokun
She is the AHS official responsible for recruiting and placing doctors across northern Alberta. We examined every public AHS welcoming statement for new physicians in that zone under her leadership. The pattern is not subtle.

Of the 18 doctors she publicly welcomed, 67% received their medical training in Nigeria. That is a higher concentration of Nigerian-trained physicians than all of her predecessors combined since 2015.

One of the countrymen she hired, Dr. Tochukwu Gideon Anizoba, who has 3 different graduation years for the same medical diploma, she praised him on behalf of the AHS for his obstetric skills even though he was legally not allowed to practice obstetrics.

Is she staffing and overseeing northern hospitals with carefully vetted physicians — or with doctors who have conflicting graduation years and suspension histories?

She does not only recruit for AHS, she also recruits for the private clinic she runs with her husband, Dr. Joseph Ojedokun: Life Medical Clinic in Whitecourt. Nearly every physician she has brought into that clinic is a Nigerian-trained foreign medical graduate.

The Ojedokuns relocated to Canada in the early 2010s seeking economic vibrancy. In 2018, while she already held public medical authority, she moved to block a competitor. When another private clinic tried to open in Whitecourt, she wrote to town council opposing it. Her words were not mild.

“Our community definitely does not deserve sub-quality doctors who have not been properly interviewed and vetted by the North Zone Medical Affairs,” she wrote. “Poor or substandard care is what will ensue if these doctors are allowed to set up a practice in our community.”

This is the same official who welcomed a man with three different graduation years for the same diploma. This is the same department that vetted and hired a doctor suspended in South Africa to practise in Beaverlodge, who sent Baby alita home when she was hours away from dying.

Town council dismissed her pushback, described her intervention as "self-serving," "socialist," and "protectionist."

Was “poor or substandard care” a genuine patient-safety concern? Or was it an argument of convenience against anyone who threatened the clinic she and her husband run? Neither the AHS nor Dr. Ojedokun responded to my media inquiry.

If that was the gatekeeping culture she practised in Whitecourt — leveraging patient-safety concerns when they served her private interests — is that now the culture applied across northern Alberta?

🇺🇸🇨🇦 Canada’s government yanked American beer, wine, and spirits off provincial shelves. U.S. alcohol exports to Canada collapsed ~81%. You did that to the United States and not to anyone else. That is discrimination. Section 338 exists for exactly that.

You run a dairy cartel. Over-quota tariffs of 200–300%. Retailers can import EU cheese under CETA in ways they cannot import U.S. cheese under USMCA. Then you act shocked when Washington treats that as unequal treatment.

You capped U.S. vehicles from companies moving production back to America. You already had retaliatory tariffs on U.S. steel, aluminum, and autos. Then you walked out of talks, announced “sacrifices” for Canadians, and scheduled another $27.6 billion in counter-tariffs for September 8.

That is not a victim story. That is an escalation you chose.

An advisory committee photo-op does not change the math. Roughly three-quarters of Canadian goods exports go to the United States. Americans do not need a lecture from the country that pulled Jim Beam and California wine while hiding behind supply management.

If Ottawa wants the tariffs off, put U.S. product back on the shelf, stop treating American dairy and autos as second-class, and negotiate instead of holding press conferences about “unjustified” measures you provoked.

The U.S. ran a 43.7 billion dollar trade deficit with Canada in 2025. That was down from 63.6-61.2 billion the two years prior.

Stop selling Canadians a false morality play. This is a trade fight you picked and then lost the plot on.

First up, the FBI & DEA identified where the lab was located & who the players were & handed the entire package to the RCMP.

Second, it included the shipping routes (port of Vancouver) the Chinese players who were involved in importing the precursor chemicals, the Chinese players in Canada who sold it to Mexican cartel players living in Canada & operating labs primarily in rural BC.

They gave the RCMP the names of the various Sikh CDN’s who were running the logistics & distribution operations.

They outlined the destinations for the finished products which included the Philippines (distribution hub in Asia), the Netherlands (EU distribution hub), Portland (distribution hub in the western US) & east to a tribal reserve in Saskatchewan (distribution hub for eastern Canada & US). This should have turned into a massive spiderweb of criminal takedowns but would have also made clear 4 troubling things:

Justin Trudeau is on private trips with Katy Perry while RCMP officers still travel with him. Flights. Hotels. Meals. Overtime. Sources told Journal de Montréal it can be three or four federal officers at a time. The force will not publish the number or the cost. Operational security, they say.

While he was prime minister, protecting him already ran more than $30 million a year. That was nearly three times what it cost to protect Jean Chrétien. Now he is a private citizen on red carpets and concert dates, and Canadians still cannot see what that escort costs.

A former PM can have a threat assessment. Fine. That is not a blank cheque and a blackout. If the RCMP is doing advance work at concert venues so he can play boyfriend on the taxpayer clock, Parliament should see the invoice.

We paid for the decade. We’re still paying for the afterparty.
