@TheSimonEvansX@JulianDutton1 Absolutely. I was fortunate to see him do a version of this live much later in life. He was a consumate clown in the truest sense. I adored his stage work.
@primarily_prog I don't really see the issue Phil. He's trying to maximise his income. If fans are priced out (I'm in that camp), he's likely to be left with a garage full of merch. If not, he's made a few bob.
@For_Film_Fans My friend is an extra in the dock scene. Filmed in Cardiff. They asked the students at UWIC if they fancied earning a few bob for a couple of days work. He never stops banging on about it!
The idea that “natural = good” falls apart the moment you learn what nature actually is.
Arsenic is natural.
Botulism is natural.
Smallpox was natural.
Insulin, vaccines, and clean drinking water are not.
Nature doesn’t care if you live.
Science does.
@mikemovies King Of Comedy is spitefully brilliant, Midnight Run has the heart. Different in every way except for the performances which are exemplary in both across the board.
@Varticoo I was 5 in 1966 and remember the WC final being on TV with all my family watching, not really understanding what was going on. 1970 - the first full finals where I was fully invested. So just the 15 tournaments for me.
