Evri dropped my parcel in front of my neighbor’s door and sent a picture of it saying my parcel has been delivered. I really don’t rate companies that still use Evri. It is a terraced house btw.

Hands me parcel, goes to his car, gets another parcel out & leaves it on the no.20 doorstep. 🤨

@XEvriHelpTeam @daizee_x Furthermore, I saw the driver speed off in the van, reported this, so I was in, he didnt try my door, probably couldn't be bothered to do the stairs.he came back, my neighbour heard me arguing with the driver and handed the parcel over. The item was damaged and I was refunded.
