🔹यावेळी विद्यार्थ्यांनी बृहन्मुंबई महानगरपालिका मुख्यालयाच्या ऐतिहासिक वास्तूची वारसा सफर (हेरिटेज वॉक) केली. तसेच, आपत्कालीन व्यवस्थापन विभागालाही भेट दिली.

🔹याप्रसंगी उपायुक्त (घनकचरा व्यवस्थापन) श्री. किरण दिघावकर, संचालक (आपत्कालीन व्यवस्थापन) श्री. महेश नार्वेकर, उपप्रमुख अग्निशमन अधिकारी श्री. कृष्णन यादव, सहायक अभियंता (मुख्यालय) श्री. संजय आढाव व पत्रकारिता आणि मीडिया कन्व्हर्जन्स अभ्यासक्रम प्रमुख श्रीमती सँड्रा वाझ आदी उपस्थित होते.

🔹Post graduate students from Xavier Institute of Communications (XIC) pursuing the Journalism and Media Convergence course paid a courtesy visit to Municipal Commissioner Mrs. Ashwini Bhide, at the BMC Headquarters, today.

🔹The students took a heritage tour of the historic BMC headquarters building and visited the Disaster Management Department.

🔹Deputy Municipal Commissioner (Solid Waste Management) Mr. Kiran Dighavkar, Director (Disaster Management) Mr. Mahesh Narvekar, Deputy Chief Fire Officer Mr. Krishnan Yadav, Assistant Engineer (BMC HQ) Mr. Sanjay Adhav and Course head of the Journalism and Media Convergence Department Mrs. Sandra Vaz, among others, were present during an engaging series of learning sessions on the workings of the civic body.
