@PeterSchiff Because XRP is great technology, a global standard, survived for a decade through many harsh cycles, and has one of the strongest communities. I think the president made the right decision
The funny thing is… XRP was never mentioned in the executive order. But, the Bitcoiners have always known it’s the threat for the crown.
That’s why the attack is on. They know.
The crypto industry's top pick for SEC chair should clearly be @BrianBrooksUS. Beyond crypto, BB understands the SEC's mandate and limited scope. The SEC has gone far off the rails and done tremendous harm to US companies and markets. Let's Make American Markets Marvelous Again.
It can’t be Stebbins, Jay Clayton’s pick. He literally signed off on over 80 crypto-related enforcement actions and preferred not to have ETH declared a non-security - not because he thought it was a security - but because giving ETH clarity in June 2018 might limit the SEC’s ability to call it a security later down the road. Stebbins argued it’s better to not provide clarity and leave it vague in order to allow the SEC maximum discretion to attack it later. That’s disgusting and exemplifies why we need a reformer.
@elonmusk@howardlutnick@VivekGRamaswamy@realDonaldTrump please do not make the big mistake of picking Stebbins. Picking Stebbins is the opposite of what you claimed you wanted to do related to our federal agencies.
In a group of strong candidates for SEC Chair, it's unconscionable to consider someone directly involved in Bill Hinman's unethical (likely illegal) push to pick winners and losers in crypto.
Choosing Stebbins would be akin to bringing us back to the start of the regulation by enforcement era.
THERE IS NO REASON FOR XRP TO STILL BE DELISTED FROM COINBASE AFTER WHAT THE SEC DID
THEY HAVE NOT DELISTED ALL THE OTHER CRYPTOS
THE ULTIMATE SHOW OF CRYPTO HARMONY IS TO RELIST XRP

@JamesGRickards …a quick question. Are we close to ‘Ice 9’ and are we even closer to the flick the switch moment from@the old financial system to the new? Seems like a lot of dominos are falling…
