> create a franchise centered around a male protagonist
> watch the franchise become a huge success, with the protagonist becoming its most iconic character and building a massive fanbase around the world
> decide to ride the success of that established franchise by creating a new female character to replace the male lead and push a feminist agenda
> completely alienate the original fanbase, tell them the game isn't for them, and then blame them when the new game fails
when will they ever learn?
@Battlefield This is ridiculous. If anything, remove the 3D spotting and make it more like BF4. Flashlights and laser pointers exist for a reason. No need to highlight an enemy in low lighting. Fucking stupid change.
@ApollosMission It just feels unbalanced. But it also feels like it doesn’t have to be unbalanced. My biggest issue is the Open Weapons. Clearly there is a meta for class + weapon loadout. Part of the fun of BF2/3/4 was recognizing what you’re going up against.
It takes almost a FULL MINUTE to reach the out of bounds at the middle of the map with the Transport Heli. Every single map needs an air space like this, especially if it has Jets on it.

@Battlefield “You asked. We listened.” It’s May, 2026. What the hell took so long, and why wasn’t “listen to the players” your strategy out of the gate?
@discord@discord_support Please allow us to color code our channels & category headings! I’ve submitted this to the Suggestion section and it won’t even allow me to post it! It’s a broken link. Please, run this up the chain.
Maybe this isn’t a popular opinion, but I genuinely believe Heroes of the Storm should have never died.
It was the perfect way to connect the past, present, and future of the entire Blizzard universe in one single game.
@Pirat_Nation If the game is worth $70, I will pay $70. Every other gaming company that thinks they can just price their game at $70 “just because GTA VI” did….is going to lose out on sales
@BattlPULSE There has to be a more immersive way to balance the issue of “multiple engineers repairing” instead of just saying “more engineers repairing = diminishing returns”
