2.6M splats in VR with a mix of spot lights and point lights, plus relighting, shadow attenuation, and distance falloff to shape the room into a more cinematic mood.
Bright pools of light, darker corners, and real depth instead of the flat scan look.
Still tuning, but this is starting to feel like the target.

I was looking forward to using GA or bayesian optimisation to find a sweet set of parameters, but hand-tuning is giving scarily good results. I cant stop watching!
