The suspension is to make women in his workplace feel more comfortable - this happens in every other line or work so why isn’t it the same for an MP.

That’s part of the problem, millions of these cases are let go because no one cares about the victims.

If there’s evidence to investigate and the stats say 90% of these cases are guilty then statistically, he is more likely to be guilty and so the protection of his female collueges in the work place should come first and he should be suspended.

Like I said from personal experience the police don’t even respond unless there is some kind of evidence. Stats prove that over 90% of these cases are guilty.

Especially in cases like this where it’s high profile and influential individuals. Platforming “he could be innocent” does nothing except drown the real issue

@Cerebz @sheenaghpugh @ripyard Preaching the narrative that he could be innocent I think is counter productive. Anyone could be innocent in any crime before the hearing we all know that. What’s more important is protecting someone who feels violated and traumatised enough to have to go to the police.
