Something neither side wants to engage with: The Russo Brothers’ CAPTAIN AMERICA: CIVIL WAR succeeded where Millar & McNiven’s CIVIL WAR didn’t.
In the comic, Iron Man was clearly wrong. In the film, both sides are right AND wrong. That’s the tragedy. Zemo won.
@corruptcasino@bigsnugga The loss of one of the major routes around the city has made every other one worse, which is remarkable when you consider how bad the tunnels always seem to be
@infernoman64 Trek isnt a franchise about humans and others, its about people and other people. Making the alien races all Aliens would flatten things into Us v Them that the franchise doesn't do. Making them all varied for Federation also makes the keyword work with in universe stuff too!
@infernoman64 I'll be the dissenting voice in the comments. The sensitivity based terminology and type changes are good choices (typal instead of tribal, Naga becoming snakes, rakshasa losing cat, etc.) The reasoning for the trek alien type bloat makes sense too, for how its been done! (1/2)
