The Iranian navy, which has been destroyed eight times, has apparently closed the Strait of Hormuz again, because the United States, for the seventh time, won the war that wasn’t a war, so now the United States has to open the Strait of Hormuz that was already open before the not-war began.
The not-war began because Iran had uranium that was totally, completely, beautifully obliterated, so they can’t build the nuclear bomb they weren’t building, which is why the United States had to start the not-war it definitely didn’t start.
Now the United States, which has nuclear weapons, is threatening to use nuclear weapons to stop Iran from getting nuclear weapons, because nuclear weapons are far too dangerous for countries with nuclear weapons to allow other countries to have.
If the United States saw the United States doing what the United States does in other countries, the United States would invade the United States to liberate the United States from the tyranny of the United States.
Robert Jenrick: “We have procured more hotels very rapidly… What I have done in my short tenure is ramp that up and procure even more.”
Nigel Farage: “This man is a fraud. This man isn’t to be trusted.”
Now both are in #ReformUK telling you immigration is through the roof.
You’re the dummy if you believe a single word from either of them. Same circus, different clowns.
@Nigel_Farage@RobertJenrick
I was a prison officer, Nick. You can't preach "tough on crime." Your lot cut nearly 7,000 prison officers since 2010 and handed our jails to G4S and Serco. You broke the system, then act shocked it doesn't work.
You know what actually works? Lads out on licence getting their track tickets, learning a trade, coming home as taxpayers instead of reoffenders. That's using human capital, not warehousing it. A lad sat in a cell doing nothing helps nobody.
And funny how quiet you all go on the tax dodgers and the oligarchs bankrolling Putin's war. Boris took a Russian ex-KGB man's hospitality at his Italian villa, dodged his own officials, then made the son a Lord. Where's your "lock them up" energy for that?
Left: Theresa May, "Brexit Means Brexit"
Right: Sunday Times, "Suspend border checks for Britons this summer, airline tells EU"
Your reminder that on On Nov 30th 2017, when the UK was still in the EU, the UK government (as part of the EU Council, where it still had a seat and vote on legislation) voted to adopt Regulation (EU) 2017/2226, which established the EU Entry/Exit System (EES)
This is a biometric border system requiring the collection of fingerprints and facial images from non-EU (“third-country”) nationals entering the Schengen Area
Such is the love of queues for Brits, that before we left the EU we voted to make queues for Brits wanting to visit the EU 🤷♂️
It's what you told them to vote for - 10 years of £1 only being worth 1.1 Euro too, never recovering to the 1.46 Euro only 7 months before referendum or the 1.31 euro on the eve. Turkeys who voted for Xmas encouraged by offshore tax dodgers ....like your owners
Sarah Pochin(May 2025): “I would not be associated with a party that was in the least bit racist.”
Sarah Pochin(Oct 2025): “It drives me mad when I see adverts full of black & asian people.”
@KemiBadenoch Cat check: The Conservative Party were in power from 2010-2024 and failed to build new prisons. Early release is the consequece of that failure
Farage has a long history of making huge unsubstantiated claims, and being allowed to get away with it
But with the Putin Hacked My Phone line he’s claiming a state actor has breached the digital security of a party leader who aspires to be in No 10
That is massive and has implications, if it were to be true, for the security and integrity of our democracy
Time for Farage to learn you can’t just say stuff….. Full investigation required with public outcome https://t.co/WLIUpSQLMq
British politics in a nutshell
Step 1: invent or exaggerate a problem
Step 2: blame migrants, the poor, students, minorities or anyone with the least power
Step 3: promise action
Step 4: forget you’ve already had 14 years to act
Step 5: Create a new party & Repeat
Look, it's perfectly simple. I wasn't going to become an MP, then I was given £5 million and I coincidentally decided to run for Parliament. I then bought a house for £1.4m cash after saying I was "skint" and my girlfriend bought a house for £885,000 with money she didn't have and which I originally said I had bought. The gift was totally unconditional, as well as being for security and then it was a reward for Brexit. Nobody should have known about it, but the Russians hacked my phone, according to 'counter-espionage experts' who don't exist. See?
Robert Jenrick(Reform MP): "We(Roform) are not in favour of the UK getting embroiled in foreign wars."
Q: If you were calling the shots... would we be seeing the RAF bomb Iran?
Richard Tice(Reform MP): "Yes, we're pleased to help."

Turns out I have a £9,400 County Court judgement against me for an unpaid debt, which I didn't even know about.
But please put me in charge of the country's finances and the whole of the UK economy.
Highest growth in G7, 6 interest rate cuts, inflation down, more police on the front line, NHS waiting lists dropping, net migration lowest since 2012, highest military investment since the Cold War, new cost of living summer package for families.
All that (and much more) despite inheriting a mess and challenging global events.
Lots done, lots to do. 2 years into a 5 year term.. and we need stability to deliver more - faster - not change.
Country first 🇬🇧
Before Brexit the UK was the 5th cheapest for Food in Europe.
Now we are 25/28.
And it is not just Brexit that has done that, the Supermarkets are ripping you off as well.
