@Xavier16wv (Xavier Anderson, the state's defensive football player of the year) showed off his defensive skills in #wvprepbb with two of the meanest blocked shots of the backboard I have seen in Spring Mills' rousing victory over Washington.

Well, this was fun in theory, but because of Berkeley County Schools being money hungry, this schedule is now in jeopardy and likely won't happen. Going into this football season, Musselman, Martinsburg, Spring Mills and Hedgesville will now be charging media companies $500 PER GAME to broadcast their games. Because of this, local broadcast companies like Home Team Sports can't afford to do their FREE broadcasts each week.
For most of you, it may not matter, but these streams are crucial for parents/coaches/reporters to watch games that they wouldn't normally be able to make it to.
Accounts like myself that aren't making money off reporting, rely heavily on these free broadcasts to help keep you guys updated during the season. If you enjoy watching these FREE broadcasts every year, please reach out to the ADs at these schools, and let them know that charging insane fees won't make them money, it'll just prevent everyone from supporting their school and athletes. #wvprepfb
