David holds up a report of CCAP funds that span 5 years, CCAP is funding for childcare centers, essentially taxpayer dollars paid by Minnesota DHS, and what he found was out of the top 102 childcare centers that received the CCAP funds, 84 are SOMALI OWNED!!!

Out of the last 7 years of David’s CITIZEN investigative work, NOT ONE CHILD has been seen at these Somali childcare centers!! NOT ONE!!!!

Another Minnesota DHS program called “GREAT START” which funds these childcare centers to train their staff…but why do you need to train your staff if there’s NO CHILDREN?!!!

David then touches on “Non-Emergency Medical Transportation” or NEMT companies. 1,002 of them to be exact. Almost 900 of them are SOMALI OWNED!!!

David says he’s visited roughly 70 of these NEMT companies, and THEY DON’T EVEN EXIST!!!

The addresses for some of these Somali owned NEMT’s come back to apartment buildings, one is a LIQUOR STORE, another is a wire transfer spot, and there’s even an address listed that’s a GROCERY STORE!!!!

If DHS and the DOJ don’t descend onto Minnesota, all of this will be for nothing! What David and Nick Shirley have uncovered should net Tim Walz a lifetime behind bars!!!!

Governor Walz is on record in 2020, where he acknowledged he was well aware of the ORGANIZED SOMALI CRIME in his state! Only he claimed to contact the FBI about the Somali fraud ring, but David found ZERO evidence to support that claim!!!

AS A MATTER OF FACT, THE FBI DENIED GOVERNOR WALZ CONTACTED THEM AT ALL!!!!
