@mandymoped@bt_uk Spoken with an engineer now who was brilliant. We are unable to get the promised speed inside the house, even though it is min 700 to the house. He was very apologetic. Shame you are sold a package that cannot deliver what is promised
@bt_uk why can't you speak to a person about your broadband speed?? Been trying to speak to someone about the rubbish speed we are getting for the last week, but keep getting bots or get cut off. Engineer came, new router but nothing has changed! Speed guarantee ha ha. Rubbish!

@SF_England just completed my 3rd year loan application and am being asked for childrens birth certificates, child benefit letter and marriage certificate AGAIN .. is this correct as didn't need to provide them last year?
@SmythsToysUK incredibly frustrated that headphones bought for christmas are broken within 3 months BUT your store refused to replace or refund these faulty goods stating 28 day return policy. Your website states all goods have 12 month warranty! #rubbishcustomerservice

@BaileyGreen2011 I'm not sure if this is applicable for our school. Just read that schools can choose to opt out of these disgraceful hampers and continue to receive vouchers for the families who really need this support. Not ยฃ5 worth of food which is charged at ยฃ30!
