1. Get rid of day one game pass, reduce the price to 9.99, reduce the amount of games it has, add 20% discount of Xbox owned games and DLC

2. Get rid of the multiplayer paywall

3. Do full on multiplayer exclusivity except —-

4. Reduce cut third party developers have to pay to industry best. 20-25%. Around there To motivate third party companies to invest in Xbox

5. Lower prices of consoles
