@Uppo76 @Jus_Adelle12 @sainsburys 👆I do similar just dice it with a knife on a chopping board, down the lines first then across, roughly 1x1c cubes, cooks much better and breaks up while cooking, though am not a fan of the vacuum packed ones, just look wrong, though this looks like 95/5 ratio in a dry pan🤦‍♀️🤷‍♀️

@Jus_Adelle12 @sainsburys I dice the vacuum packed mince on a chopping board before cooking, takes 1min and so much easier to break up while cooking, go down the lines then across the opposite way 🤷‍♀️
