@HumboldtNation1@starlord_rick@OurDailyPost π€ coming from a first responder, why would a privately owned sports organization be responsible for paying first responders? Let me guess you're one of those π€‘s that think your taxes pay the pro atheletes' salaries?
@CodeWranglerFL@FOX13News Because part of their punishment is losing their car. Yes they can buy another car. If they have the money to do so after their court costs and getting their license reinstated. π€· If it doesn't get a permanent suspension
@CodeWranglerFL@FOX13News π€· the moment your vehicle is used in the commission of a felony it is considered contraband. Felonies are NOT protected by the Constitution. #themoreyouknow
@yuhrott@SheriffPinellas Oooh. Sorry. Fleeing from the police is not protected by the Constitution. Hate to break it to you princess. Your vehicle is considered contraband the moment it's used to in the commission of a felony. #themoreyouknow
@shalomninja@FOX13News No. It exactly is the right way. Ever been to an accident caused by some douchebag running from law enforcement even after the LEA terminated the pursuit?
@gjjemhunter@FOX13News It's the same concept as a drug dealer having their assets seized. And is protected by the Florida Contraband Forfeiture Act. However if the driver is determined to not be the owner, the owner will be notified.
@USFBullsfan@FOX13News π€¦ go read the actual press release. If it is determined the person driving is not the owner the owner will receive written notice of the incident. If they know the person that is driving their vehicle they'll will be advised of the possibility of seizure if it occurs again.
@yuhrott@SheriffPinellas π€£ did you miss the part where there was an act passed across the entire state allowing law enforcement to this? Like it's not hard to understand. You flee from an LEA in a vehicle it'll be seized just like a drug dealer's vehicle would be rather than just a simple impound.

@Navtreaks@CodyRhodes π€£ bruh it was already scripted that he was going to face Roman. What better way to build hype and get the fans' attention than to act like Roman vs Cody wasn't gonna happen?
