@WestMidRailway Thats very disappointing to hear, ive got a complaints form from the station and I will be making a complaint... I pay Β£160 a month for my ticket, nearly Β£2000 a year and the service is awful, so I hope you can understand my frustration

@WMmetro So your staff are misinformed as they think its acceptable to litter on the tram stops, regardless as to who's picking it up, YOUR STAFF shouldnt be littering especially in uniform! You're lucky I dont work for the council or the police or that would have been a pricy fine to pay
@WMmetro whoever the member of staff is stood at Bull Street this morning isn't giving a good look for your company, littering customer receipts on the tracks, I asked for his name but he refused to give it, im absolutely disgusted!!
@WMmetro I do just want to add that the staff on the tram (number 30 on front) said that it was fine for the staff to litter as they are the ones that clean the stops, is this correct that its okay to litter on the tram stops?
@WestMidRailway Im a monthly ticket holder so whichever one i can get to in time, but the one before was also cancelled, its very concerning how many trains are cancelled this evening, makes me wonder what im paying for...
@OctopusEnergy whichever one of your drivers is on the Hagley road in Birmingham just went through the CLEAREST of red lights, i was thinking of switching energy provider but if this is how your technicians follow the laws of the land I think ill stick with british gas π€·π»ββοΈ
Once again Kidderminster Station Ticker Office is closed, to be clear the platform is accessible, but you are unable to use toilets or purchase a ticket from a human being
@LNRailway@WestMidRailway I didn't make my connection train due to the doors NOT OPENING on the train at SGB, id like to make a complaint and have either my ticket reimbursed or my uber that im now booking paid for, im autistic and now very stressed
@WestMidRailway@LNRailway There is an announcement however it just says to move down, I moved from coach 8 down to 6, and 6 was 1000% on the platform, the message wasn't specific enough, causing me to miss my stop, this is a serious issue...
@WestMidRailway@LNRailway Yes that's correct, the train was from Wolverhampton to Birmingham, but I had a connection at SGB, I was on coach 6 of 8 and the doors didn't open on the carriage at all, I tried both
@WestMidRailway Its expired and I now need a 26-30 rail card however theres no tick box on the form hence why i needed to speak to the ticket office staff, who aren't here... but I also pay Β£160.90 pmc to get to work and once again im going to be late!!
@WestMidRailway The ticket office is closed, I have a railcard to pay for as its due for renewal but I guess I wont be doing that today
But again, how long is the delay? I am trying to travel to work!!
