@MidgeGames82 @cvxfreak CV remake will still be set December 1998. So they are sticking to that. The fact is though this won’t be “new RE5”.
RE0 and RE1 are getting new remakes after CV. 5 will get a remake one day I’m sure. Just not anytime soon.

The remakes are revisions. Future retcons in sequels are revisions. There is no “separate timelines”

@MidgeGames82 @cvxfreak Shadows of rose is a dlc. Not the main story. Maybe one day they’ll explore that time period again when the future installments catch up to 2037 in real life. As for RE2 and 3 remakes. They take place Sept 1998. They didn’t change that.
