The scary part of building in public isn't low numbers.
It's posting something you spent an hour on, watching it hit 3 views, then seeing a worse product with a better hook eat your lunch.
What's the post you were proudest of that completely flopped?
Nobody tells you that "building in public" quietly becomes "performing in public."
You stop shipping what's useful and start shipping what's postable.
Anyone else caught themselves doing this?
Unpopular opinion: your follower count is a vanity metric and your reply count is the real one.
500 followers who never talk to you is a graveyard.
50 who reply every time is a business.
@Snapkillls@suraj_sharma14 Agreed the "boring wrapper" gets you moving.
Which half is harder for you right now
building it or getting the first users to it?
@markcifral@matiasbaglieri@cifral_io Yeah we are building a solution to automate all the growth on X linkedin to free your time to work on the other important part of your business

@druids01 "Building Pipeline of Leads" is the module worth the whole $150.
Most designers are world-class and completely invisible.
One q: teaching cold DMs, or warm inbound through public work? For designers the second beats the first 10 to 1.
"Just be consistent" is the most useless advice on this app.
Consistent at what? Posting into the void on a schedule?
Consistency without a reason for anyone to reply is just noise with good discipline.

@BowTiedVD "Multiple posts on X got us traction" is doing all the heavy lifting in this story. Which post? What angle flipped it from zero to sold out? The specific tweet that broke the dam is the only part anyone can actually learn from. Drop it.
@pranvtwt Everyone's going to ask the same thing: where did users 1 to 100 come from, before SEO kicked in? That cold-start stretch is the only non-scalable part, and it's exactly where 95% quit. Put that chapter in the free sample or the ebook writes itself.
@gneubig Works the same in B2B. Nobody reads your offer until they clear the first filter: did you spend 30 seconds specific to me. A {firstName} merge tag isn't personalization, it's a costume. The tell is always in the first line.
