Before I go to bed, I want to talk a little about my future.

First of all, I’m truly grateful for all the good wishes and support I’ve received—even job offers from overseas. I deeply appreciate every one of them.

The investigation committee and senior management have finally reached a decision regarding my case. Based on the evidence and witness statements, they concluded that I did not start the argument. However, I still allowed my anger and words to escalate the situation, and I accept responsibility for that.

My resignation was rejected, and the original three-month suspension has been reduced to one month, along with a final written warning. The suspension will take effect from mid-August to mid-September 2026.

To be honest, when I taught the armorer course last week, I realized how happy I still am doing this work.

I love my job. I love firearms and the mechanics behind them. I love being an instructor, a teacher, and someone who motivates others to grow.

I’m grateful that the committee and CEO still recognize what I have achieved over the past nine years here, as well as the experience I have built throughout seventeen years of military-related work.

Of course, some disputes with difficult staff members remain unresolved. But I’ve reflected enough to understand how anger can destroy everything you’ve worked for.

I want to rebuild myself—to become calmer, more respectful, and more mature. I want to grow into someone worthy of serving at the director level someday.

I’m deeply grateful to my colonel for supporting me throughout all of this and for continuing to trust me as his right-hand man.

I still have so much to do.

And there are some things that perhaps only I can do.

Thank you, everyone, for being my motivation, my inspiration, and the push I needed to look at myself with respect again.

I will never forget how friends—and even strangers I met through the internet—helped me through one of the hardest chapters of my life.

Be better every day.
Do it for yourself.
And make your oshi proud.
