@easyJet me and the other passengers are all ready for our 16.50 flight back from Geneva (EZY8504) and 15 mins after scheduled departure we are still standing and waiting for a crew to turn up - what a shambles!!!! Oh no they have arrived all smiles ! FFS
@British_Airways I don’t have the energy / motivation 2 complain @ being delayed 179minutes (1 minute b4 our stat rights kick in) but i do to tell u ur cabin crew on flight 2750 Gatwick - Grenoble with Julie & others turned a shit sandwich into a prawn sandwich! PRAISE THEM
The manageress Kasia jamrozik who maintained the highest of standards as if this area were her own home - really impressed and will back for more of the same soon or next year to San paulo
@F1experiences1 I am firm believer in praise loudly and blame quietly and your hospitality and staff at San Paulo Grand Prix was exceptional in every sense - thank you. In particular special mention to Marie koetsche who looked after us tirelessly for two days and always smile &
